General Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Prints- All prints are custom printed as the order is received and are unable to provide refunds and/or exchanges at this time.

Custom Orders- If you purchased a custom product(s) including instant downloads from Tammy Stewart/Gammy's House Gallery shop, Gammy's House Designs- Etsy shop or trade/art shows, due to the nature of creative "art"; no returns/exchanges are provided at this time.  However, I work very closely with all my customers during the "custom" order process to ensure your satisfaction prior to starting the painting process.  Please see "Custom Order" process.

Damaged Print Items-  While I cannot guarantee your package will arrive unscathed, nor can I assume responsibility for the item(s) once they leave my hands; if your merchandise arrived damaged, please contact the your Post Office for assistance.  If your issue remains unresolved or if you are unsatisfied with the solution provided by the Post Office, please contact me at customerservice@gammyshouse.com and I'll do my best to try help.

We cannot except returns on sale items.  All sale items are final.

Shipping fees are not refunded at this time.

"All Other" Returns/ Refunds Other Merchandise
"All other" undamaged merchandise- If your purchase isn't all that you expected it to be; once you fulfill refund requirements, (please see Refund Policy), detailed refunds, return packaging and shipping instructions will be emailed to the email address you provided in your request.

Please allow 1-2 billing Cycles for the refund credit to appear on your credit card statement.

"All Other" Exchanges
"All other" undamaged merchandise- If your purchase isn't all that you expected it to be; please email an "exchange detail request" typed in the subject line, to tammy@gammyshouse.com within 7 days after your merchandise was received to be eligible for an exchange. Detailed return packaging and shipping requirements will be emailed to the email address you provided in your request.  Upon receiving the undamaged  returned merchandise, an exchange for the same item(s) or equivalent item(s) will be shipped to you at the shipping address you provided in your "original" order within 7-14 business days.  Additional shipping fees may apply.

Gift Wrapping
Gift Wrapping is not available at this time, but if you would like a note included in your gift package, please state during checkout.
"undamaged" merchandise constitutes a product in "new" condition that can be sold to the public as a "new" product.
Policy Changes
Gammy's House/Tammy Stewart reserves the right to make changes to our policies from time to time and the current policy will be enforced.  The date of policy changes will be clearly noted on our policy page. You may check the date of the current policy in place by visiting our policy page at any time.
